Orlando Camargo Rodríguez is a member of the Physics Department of the FCT, UALG (Faro), and develops his research as a permanent member of the Signal Processing Laboratory, SiPLAB, which is associated with LARSyS (Lisbon). He got his PhD from the University of Algarve in 2001; his research topics include ray tracing, underwater acoustic modeling, inverse problems (source localization, geoacoustics and tomography) and Fortran/Matlab/Python programming. He is the author of the TRACEO and TRACEO3D ray tracing models.
